Doba is misrepresenting themselves. With certain information covered in their terms and agreement, they failed to realize that during the business call to a potential customer, what is mentioned to the customer is considered a Verbal Agreement. During the call and prior to, during, or after processing the financial transaction, if the Doba rep fails to inform the customer of the company's terms and agreement, the sale is null and void. Meaning the customer is due a full refund. I am seeking a class action suit against this company due to failure to inform customers of important terms prior to finalizing the sale. Doba is well aware that the terms and agreement need to be verbalized during the business call. If the Doba rep explained the terms prior to the sale, 9 times out of 10 customers would not do business with Doba.

Doba refunded all my money

I was very unhappy with Doba. As a result of how they do business, I will not recommend anyone to them, nor will I every use them. However, the annual membership fee that was charged to me have been fully credited. I filed complaints with necessary government and non-profit agencies that made the difference, and I encourage others who have been wrongly treated by companies to do the same.

Again, for those who misunderstand the point made in this comment. When a business calls a potential client, as in telemarketing, and offer their services in exchange for a fee, you must verbally explain the terms and/or agreement prior to charging the fee. Many businesses (including online) have been sued as a result of this kind of negligent and a lack of knowledge. I speak for all Doba clients who were telemarketed (called) and offered an annual membership, and were not verbally told the membership fee is non-refundable.

Terms on the Web site?

When I deal with an online company, such as Amazon, they don't sit there and tell me all their terms and policies, they are online to be read. Does DOBA not have a web site to see the terms and conditions?
