Doba Refusal to Refund Membership Fee Henderson Nevada
I tried the Free Service and searched their website for 100 products that I was selling on Amazon and Ebay. I found not one product that was for sale at a lower price than what I was already purchasing. I emailed the company to cancel to find out that I have to call in to cancel service. I then called in to cancel which they said I past the free trial period and would not be issued a refund. I was called today by their marketing department to see how things are going and told them I cancelled and wanted a refunds. The provided an 800 number which I called to request a refund. When I called they said I never called in and my account was not canceled. The agent said she canceled my account. Now I have to check to see if they withdraw money from my account again.
DON'T USE DOBA. There's very little or NO benefit whatsoever over non-membership sites.
