Company REFUSES to transfer domains - even after you transfer via control panel and email them, they give you a hard time. AFTER transfer is complete, this company still sends emails attempting to get you to pay for a service that is no longer valid. Their hosting capabilities stink, too. The company often ignores emails and support requests. You have to insult them to get any response from them, which is always a "make you wrong" for their ineptitude.
