Doxy charged me over $150 for lingerie they never sent. After 3 months I told them I wanted my order canceled. They stated that some of the items they had listed as "clearance" were backordered but that they would cancel my order. They then claim they shipped my order even though their web site showed the order was not processed. Finally after I complained to Yahoo shopping they sent a tracking number for a product that had been delivered to some other city. Since their web site still shows my correct city and mailing zip code it was clearly a fraudulent attempt to prove they shipped product they did not ship. Lastly they claim to have refunded my account but the refund never posted.

I sent a complaint in to the US Postal Inspectors since they committed mail fraud by submitting someone elses tracking number. Since the fraud in charging my credit card crossed state lines they are going to have the postal inspectors in MI (apparently where they are based) investigate these people for both the credit/wire fraud and the mail fraud.

Yahoo was slow is contacting me and I have yet to see results but I am hoping they are closed down soon. They best part is that it has been 4 months and they have zero documentation of ever even trying to fulfill my order or refun my money except for fictitous claim of mailing and a fake refund sheet with no credit card or billing information.

They were given so many times to fulfill the order or refund my money I have no simpathy for these con artists. I hope they get locked up or fined as much as they have apparently ripped all of these people off for.

We gave you the tracking information on your order showing it was delivered to you. Whether you want to believe it or not is up to you, but we have proof that your order was shipped and delivered. And after taking your word that you didn't receive it, even though our tracking shows differently, we still refunded you in full anyways. You could very well have the product, we don't know, but we did the right thing and still refunded you. I fail to see how you have been wronged in any way.
