OH MY GOD!!! I cannot believe how many other people I can relate to at this moment! What is even worse is knowing that this website is still up and business is still running. Like so many others, I ordered a halloween costume on Sept 21, 2006. My credit card was billed the next day, and now it's Oct 24th, and I am still waiting on my halloween costume. To be fair, last year I had ordered a costume from their website at the very end of september, and recieved my purchase 2 days before my halloween party.

So I figured hey, if I order it a week or two earlier than last year, I should get my costume on time again. NO! Instead, I'm spending every day at the computer waiting for an email response from "customer service". And then I come across this website and read all of the rip off reports. What I find more aggravating than the fact that I have to spend more money on another costume because mine apparently may never be delivered, is that this Jennifer Lutke (owner of the business, if you can even call it that) spends so much of her time emailing rebuttals to these complaints, no wonder none of our orders are being delivered!! How about a suggestion... get off the computer, put yourself to some use, and deliver our d**n costumes! And yes, tomorrow I will be calling the credit card company and will be filing fraudulant charges. I suggest everyone else do the same.
