Care Credit is a scam with GE Money Bank- GE Money Violates the Fair Credit Billing Act, Electronic Funds Transfer and Fair Credit Reporting Act QUITE REGULARLY You can find information on the FEDERAL LENDING LAWS on the Federal Trade Commission Website. If Care Credit paid for services you never recieved and refuse to resolve your issue (which is typical of the thousands of complaints worldwide with GEMONEY on internet complaint boards) YOU MUST FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND OFFICE OF THRIFT SUPERVISION AGAINST GE MONEY

Dear Debra, At Healthnet Medical Clinic, it is the practice of our entire professional staff to treat each of our patients with the highest regard, and we offered nothing less to you when you were welcomed into the clinic. In regard to the allegations that your care credit account was increased and processed without your consent is false. You verbalized consent with multiple representatives of our staff prior to requesting any increases to your existing account, and we had you sign several documents consenting to the transaction itself when you deciding to proceed with one of our programs and you were provided with receipts upon the transaction. The doctor's comments which you perceived to mean "that he didn't think he could help you" were of no such nature. Rather, you were informed that in order for you to see the most benefit from your treatment, it would involve a transition from the medications you were taking at the time so that you were thoroughly educated from the very beginning. It is difficult to understand any validity in your comments implying that patrons or representatives of Oakdell Pharmacy have experienced anything related to what your are portraying as you interaction with our office. We have worked very closely with Oakdell and their professionals for several years, and we are aware that as a PHARMACY they are able, and choose to offer a basic SALIVA test to patrons for $325. As a MEDICAL DOCTOR'S OFFICE, we too offer saliva testing if and when appropriate, however we know that the most accurate means of hormone testing is through BLOOD. Finally, it is unclear whether your claims that you were refused a refund are directed toward our office or care credit, but they are again false. Representatives of our clinic made every effort to communicate with you both over the phone and in person, despite the condescending nature of your responses. Prior to your pursuit of action by Care Credit, we processed a partial refund based on the services that were already rendered. Additionally, despite Care Credit's decision to deny your claims against us based on the documentation provided to them upon request, we chose to refund your Care Credit amount for the full amount of the original transaction. It is unfortunate that you have misrepresented this entire situation, not only to the consumers who may have accessed your posting, but to Care Credit and even the Texas Medical Board, who denied your claims against us. It has all proven to be unnecessary, however we wish you the best. Sincerely, Healthnet Medical Clinic
