Dragon Rocc Financial Dragon Batimana Dragon ROCC Financial, Fraud, stole my money, crook, shady, non-responsive Inglewood CA
I applied and signed up for credit service with Dragon Rocc Financial Inc after I saw their ad on Craigslist and visited their website. I paid them $350 (it’s only $350, but it the principle of it). This could have been a lot worse, the fee for the service was $3,750.00, but the $3,400 would have been taken after funding on 4/20/18. This was to be a 7-day funding program that they had a sale for the week on the processing fee. This was to be the first round of funding for $35,000 with funding up to $125k over the next few months. Was emailed the application for signed up. Signed up for the service on 4/16/2019 (providing all my personal info to the service provider) and funding by 4/20/2018. All calls and texts was returned promptly on Monday 4/16 when the payment was submitted. After not hearing from him in a couple days, I called and text with no reply. That went on for the next two days with no reply. Called the 4-5 different numbers that he provided and come to find out that they were Google Voice line on 4/19/2018. The one number that was provided was to his so-called cell 301-344-8114 which is an iPhone, I have the same type of phone and can see that he had read the text messages, but no replies to them.
After the 6-days of this experience with the person running this scam business I decide to post this to make sure no one else get caught up in his BS of a scam. There are people out in 2018 taking advantage of peoples need for a service for their own benefit. There is a need to stop this type of behavior, so the people of this industry can provide the service for real to the clients that need their services. Now I had to take time out of my day to file a police report on stole Identity and now must go through the process of see if my info is being used and have to get a whole new set of documents to prove who I’m.

Mr. Batimana and Ms. McIntosh interviewed with me 9/19/18 for rooms I have for rent. They presented Mr. Batimana's California Identification Card and Ms. McIntosh's expired California Driver License
. I photocopied them with their permission for my application file. they also identified the make, model and license plate number of their car plus identified relatives and personal references and a bank account number and social security numbers. I HAVE THESE.
