Drive Financial lost payments money sent to wrong accounts and miss sending title oh yeah RUDE Killeen Texas
I have had a loan through drive until oct this year. I wont sit here and tell you i have a perfect credit history or else i wouldnt have needed them to finance me. dealing with ndrive financial has been the biggest fiunancial headache ive ever experinced. besides all the rude people ive had to talk to and the week prior to the payment phone calls at all hours of the day. i undersdtand they want thier money but when i have a military allotment set up there was no reason for theses harrassing phone calls.
twice they have charged me late fees for payments that are not late, and i never knew late fees had late fees. just when i thought i could get them off my back by paying thgem off in full they find another way to get me. i re-upped for six years in the military and 14000 ,which mostly went to thier 15 day payoff. even after that they send my title to my bank for what reason i dont know and tell me im not thier problem anymore that i have to file for a lost title.
so now i have a car and no title to show ownership.on topm of the rude behavior given to my wife when she called to inquire on the status of the title they also were rude to a represenative of my bank during the three way call. i wish i had never even heard these peoples name.
now im sitting in iraq on deployment tryting to work things out, at the bare minimun i feel they should pay to have the title resent to my home address. so all you out there who still have loans through theses people i reccomend you tell them where to stick thier unprofesional demeanor and fraudulant buiseness practices.
