I purchased some printing from this company, at the time, I didn't realize the company name and when the charge showed up on my credit card I didn't recognize it. This happens from time to time and when it does, I call the company and just confirm what it was and that it was valid. 


 


I called this company and spoke to a lady who was rude, mean and nasty named Denise Sublett. She said my credit card number was used to purchase a big banner for an upcoming seminar, told me what was printed on the banner, etc. all of which was not anything that was familiar to me and I was concerned it was fraud. 


 


I told her that I didn’t recognize what she was talking about, I have not ordered a banner and am not in the seminar business, she rudely told me that was not her problem and that the company who ordered it must have my credit card number and I needed to work it out with them, not her. Overall, she was nasty and not willing to help at all. I told her that I am not chasing down whoever this company is and that if she wanted to avoid a chargeback she could be more helpful and help me figure it out otherwise, I will just cancel my card and initiate a chargeback. She refused to help. 


 


I immediately called the credit card company, initiated a dispute and canceled my card. Later, about 15 minutes or so, she called and said he made a mistake that my card wasn’t used for a banner and then confirmed that it was used for something that I did indeed purchased. I called the credit card company back and informed them it was valid but by then the card was canceled already but they would update their system that the charge was valid. 


 


A couple days later, denise calls me and basically screams in the phone that I need to call the credit card company immediately and reverse the charge. I was not in a spot were I could update her that I already had called and took care of it but asked her to call back. 


 


I emailed her after the call and asked that when he calls back she will need to change her tone and stop being so accusatory and nasty and informed her that I would gladly give her an update that the situation was already taken care of. 


 


She refused to call me but continued to send threatening emails to me. 


 


All this could easily be avoided if Denise Sublett would be polite, kind and show some decent customer service and with a simple conversation I could have updated her that I had already confirmed it was a valid charge but she refused to show any decency or politeness.
