Eadvertising Consultants Fraudulent company for search engine optimization - one of Matt Marlons latest scams! Ripoff Jacksonville Florida
My husband and I are realtors in Denver, Co. We received a cold call from a sales rep from Eadvertising Consultants claiming they would get us on the first page of Google.
Because the real estate market is so competitive we listened and took the bait. We DID check the Better Business Bureau and they were in good standings. They also gave us references to call, who gave them wonderful reviews.
We paid them $3500 for services which we never received. We never heard from them again once they had our money and when we tried to dispute the charge, our credit card company told us that because we signed a contract that stated "NO REFUNDS" we were not entitled to one.
We have continuously tried to contact the company since we signed up with them in May of 2006 and have been put into generic voicemails with no return phone calls. Just recently we found that their website does not work nor do their phones. I also do a little bit more research to find out that this is one of the many fraudulent companies started by Matt Marlon. Do not be fooled into giving your money away to a company who cold calls you and says they can put your website on the front page of Google! IT is a complete and total scam.
