I would like to file a report against (EFS) Equity First Savings; they debited $124 from my account four months ago. Even after I emailed them three days from the date of the application, to close the accoun. I did not know that they were going to debit any money from my account, until three days later my money was missing , and I hadn't spent it. I imediately emailed them because there is no number you can call to speak to a live represenative to discuss your situation with. And after doing so they kept emailing me with the same response; you have been approved.

I do not want the loan is what my response was to EFS but still the same email was sent. Until I told them about Rip Off and all of the complaints; they soon made several changes in which they didn't have in the beggining, such as a new fax number, and the long distance number were you can only get a computerized operator.And to this very day I have heard nothing from EFS. I want something done!

Webchex International is the administrator and handles the customer service for www.equityfirstsavings.com and www.starterloansdirect.com. When a customer applies for our program there is an automatic transaction processed in the amount of 124.90 which is a processing and setup fee for each account. Once this transaction has been submitted we cannot stop it from processing, even when an account is canceled. Once the transaction is complete we can issue refunds for those accounts that are canceled within the refund policy. Webchex International does not have a customer call center as we handle all customer service online for record keeping purposes. Customers have several options to reach customer service to assist them in whatever they need. Customer service may be reached by email at any time through [email protected]. Customers may also login to their account at any time and send in any questions or concerns at www.webchex.org. Also, LiveChat is available where customers may speak with a representative during business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time at www.consumerbill.com. Customers may fax in cancellation forms found at www.consumerbill.com at any time to 800-633-7394.
