Hi I had a very bad experience with Eric Mense. I sell products to internet marketers. and some other products online. Ive had no charge backs in my account. And all of a sudden 1 day I get one from him, saying someone hacked into his account and stole the funds. He called paypal and had the money put on hold.

First of all the day he buught the amr list from me. Eric Mense contacted on on skype, I gave him the list he purchased and sent it to his email as he requested. Then we chatted for awhile about internet marketing and he wished me a Merry Christmas. All was well. then few days after christmas, I get a chargeback in paypal. So I check the chrageback and they stated the account owner is mad and did not purchase a list and said his account was "hacked". Meanwhile I get a email from Eric Mense pretending to be shooken up about the situation, and told me to call him. I called the number he provided, and some older man answered, he said he knew no Eric Mense and was in a really bad mood. (I dont know if this was Eric Mense or not). Later the person which I though was Eric Mense contacted me again on skype, acting like there was nothing wrong. Mostly asking me general questions about the list.  I told him "Hey the real Eric Mense filed a dispute with paypal!" He said oh yea i did it.. I asked why did you do such a thing? He gave me a reply saying he wasn't happy with the list and he does not care anymore.  said goodbye and left.

This is the worst kind of scammer online, He cares nothing of others or doing good business. He never contacted me even though were on skype, He simply lied to paypal becuase he knew they would listen and refund his money. So he keeps the product and gets his money back. He stated over and over to paypal that it was a fraudulent charge, I ending up refunding the money because I dont need the hassle from some scammer. Its terrible that people do this on Christmas of all times.  Be warned you do not want o do business with Eric Mense or anyone like him. SELLERS BEWARE, HE WANTS FREE PRODUCTS! And will lie or do anything to get his money back. And cares nothing of it.

Hey Eric, are you going to give me the correct number this time?, or are you gonna later act like the guy that responded on here is a fake or fraud also, seems you live in a make believe world, Every time someone gets close to locating you you change up story's, I dont even care to talk to you anymore, You have your $100 back that you wanted so bad, I hope it was worth it, and you surface now because you saw this report and see that I was serious. You got your $100 scammer and you have been
reported to paypal for "friendly fraud" you know the type that buys something, and decides, "hey lets abuse credit card companies policy and act like I didnt buy so I can get my money back and a free product".

Remember you emailed me after the paypal chargeback started and said specifically!, "Hi my card was stolen, I did not buy your amr list, please call me so we can get to the bottom of this". And then gave me your phone number that turned out to be fake, if someone stole your paypal and did all this why would they send me an email like that? How would they know you filed a chargeback?, And most of all why would they even care after getting the product and running away?  your a bad liar and scam artist lol and Im sure its not your first time. BEWARE OF THIS CROOK! I hope he doesn't breed..

To the lovely man who tried to ruin my reputation,
I would like to inform you that everything you said in this is wrong. I have never skyped one time in my life. And if you apparently skyped with me then you would know that the picture u have posted looks nothing like the man u "supposedly" skyped with. I gave you the email address of the person who hacked my account. The address you have is not even associated with me. It sounds like you are the one running a scam to me. Please check and see if I even have a skype account. Dont be mad that you got scammed and want to ruin someones name for it. I happen to know people high up in Paypals fraud department and they were notified of your account name and any business you continue to do. And im pretty sure you are referring to an "AMR" list and i tracked that to a tattoo parlor. I dont even have any tattoos nor a desire to get one. So whoever you are trying to make this up please stop trying to act all bad on the internet. I would be happy to talk to you in person. But apparently someone gave you a bad phone number. If you would like to talk in person I would be glad to. Email me or give me your number and I will be happy to chat. Anytime.
