Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was approached by a friend and business associate telling me he had signed on with EZUnsecured.com and that I could get an un secured line of credit for $200,000. He gave me a "credit application" and a credit card authorization form for a $600.00 fee to obtain the unsecured line. It was a faxed copy which was illegible for the most part but I trusted in my friend. (Oh by the way,...my original application was to "BFREE Capital"....which doesnt actually exist.

I didnt hear anything for quite some time so I called them and spoke with Kapil Gargi, who conveiniently no longer works there either, and was told he could not help me because my credit card balances were too high. That was complete nonsence. I figured ok,...they took me for $600,....a scam but I accepted my loss.

Quite a while later Kapil e-mailed me and said he got me an approval for a line of credit with Key for $30,000 and would have to pay a success fee of 12% and told me to call Key. I did and they told me it was for only $2,000. I declined. He again told me he could not do anything else to help me and told me to go see what i could get for myself. We also corresponded by e-mail the same things we had spoken about. So I find out that they pulled my credit after I cancelled with them and found out that I got myself a line of credit and now they are stealing $2,400 from my credit card as a "sucess fee".

So they have you sign an app which they later call a contract. Tell you you owe too much on accts, even though you have perfect credit, dont contact you for months, then tell you they got you $30,000 from Key, you call Key and find out its actually $2,000. Then tell you they cannot do anything, go try to get a line on your own, then when you do they getcha! "Oh mr. X,....you signed a contract!

They are probably making chartered trips to the Caymans every weekend to deposit the $$$ and when it comes crashing down they will be gone. But they got me for $3,000,....but I'm not taking this lying down, the rep who contacted me is giving a deposition stating that he was told this "contract" was merely an application. And I'm going to take this all the way up from the States to the Feds.

Cody Reno, Nevada U.S.A. No contract was ever signed This client has a copy of a contract that you faxed to him which was not signed by him or anyone else,....I personnaly told him to send it in un-signed. You are outright lying in your post,...this will be used against you in federal court. You think you are so smart because you didnt get caught yet. Thats why you are so brazen. The Reno NV. PD went to your company adress and reported to us that your physical company address is actually to a Mailbox USA store and mail is forwarded to a Mailbox USA in Florida. What do you say now? HERE IS WHAT I HAVE TO SAY.. CODY You are not being truthful, and here's why. Don's file came to us in May of 2008 from an outside referral partner. When a file is submitted through a partner, they collect the contract from the client, not us. Therefore, you could not have had him purposely send it to EZUnsecured.com unsigned so that you could use it against us in court. The client did not even know who EZ was until the long after the partner submitted the file to us. So you sir, are lying. I guess we are so "brazen" because we have not done anything wrong and have nothing to "get caught" for. And by the way, you keep posting about how the Reno PD is looking for us, and they are hot on your trail, and they are going to find you and throw you in jail soon, but we have never once heard from them. I am sure if they were really looking for us they could easily find us. Surely they would try to call us. Also, about the unsigned contract. It was a 3 page contract package and 2 of the 3 pages were signed, including the credit card authorization form. The one unsigned page was an oversight by the processing department and should have been sent back for a signature. However, we already refunded that client's money anyway.

I asked Garik to provide me with a copy of this recording that he has. He replied that he is not sending me anything! I didn't say he had to send me his original, just a copy so that I could hear it for myself and immediately address any problems. He flat out refused to cooperate. Here is a copy of my email communication with him: From: Garik Sent: Friday, August 29, 2008 4:47 PM To: Pamela Cc: Zhana;Leo;Marcio;Monique;Karla Thompson Subject: RE: Garik - Close the file If I do not receive my full refund of $1,500 within 48 business hours I will see some attorneys and go after your establishment & Leo personally, because I have recorded 2 of my conversations with him. This is unfair practices, verbally tricking your customers into contract & promising them what you can not deliver. I will make sure to contact newspapers (I'm sure they will like the recorded material) and I will make sure to contact your licensing department and provide them my recording to show them how your unqualified personnel is misrepresenting and misleading innocent customers. I will go way further with this matter than you can imagine. This $1,500 is going to be very costly for your company. You have 48 hours to refund my money. Garik K. From: Karla Sent: Tuesday, September 02, 2008 11:29 AM To: Garik; Pamela; Cc: Zhana; Leo ; Marcio ; Monique Subject: RE: Garik Khechoyan - Close the file Garik, If you would like to send me a copy of the recorded conversation between you and Leo, I will be happy to review it and address the situation. However, please keep in mind that the contract you signed states the Refund Eligibility Criteria. By signing the contract you acknowledged that you read and understood all of the information provided to you. Thank you Karla Assistant Manager EZUnsecured.com We even offered to assign his file to a different Lending Specialist in order to please him and provide the services that he paid for. He refused all of our efforts to work things out.

Your recording MAY JUST BE FULL of BS

I am simply stating a fact regarding phone systems. Just because you claim you have a recording does not mean that this person agreed to anything. Those Call detail recordings can be altered by the system adminstrator of your phone system and if they were altered a forensic analysis for court can prove it. I work in the telecom industry and know what the phone systems can do.

This client was sent to processing a few months ago- He does not have perfect credit as he claims in fact his credit score is under 700- His revolving debt ratio is through the roof and he wanted us to work miracles for him. He is in a high risk indusrty(mortgage) and somehow expected us to jump through the hoops he could not jump through himself. I have notes on this account from 06/24 from Kapil G stating the client needed money fast and he offered to take the client for a personal loan at HSBC/HFC, the client said no he did not want a personal loan and the rates were to high- The issue here is that we had an approval for him at Keybank, he refused the money and refused to pay the fees due. So we re-ran his credit as outlined in the agreement and found that he had taken out 2 loans with HSBC/HFC- Now I ask you is this a man who is honest? Obviously not, he used the information we gave him and went out and got the 2 personal loans total over 12,000 and then again refused to pay. Now he claims he never signed anything, first he told me that he did sign the credit card authorization and not the agreement, when I pointed out the signatures match he then claimed it was a "signature stamp" now he claims he signed nothing- I offered him a refund and I have an audio recording of a phone conversation with him refusing to take the money and saying that " you messed with the wrong person" and also that " unless the refund was for 3600.00 he did not want anything"- He has no desire to work it out, and now claims the initial review fee was also not authorized. He was not disputing this until now. I have it all recorded. This client told me that he was going to get more than we charged him and that he needed the money. I think he is in this for money and no other reason and I am not talking about the $1440.00 in fees we collected from him.

Oh yeah,...I forgot to mention that the $2000.00 line from Key would have become $1150 to me once you take out the $250 sucess fee and the $600 application fee. NIce! And the website says "you will be charged only a one time fee once your loan is funded".
