I am a small business owner and I recently started looking for a unsecured line of credit for my business to use to grow. Thanks to Google I found www.EZUnsecured.com where "No Time + No Collateral = No Problem"... If that isn't false advertizing I don't know what is.

I contacted these people on June the 4th, 2008. Talked to Paul Dillingham and submitted full financial Documentation ... I mean all of it, Tax Returns for 2 Years Financial Loan Applications... the works. Paul told me youll be on the $200 "Expert Review Fee" and 8% Success Fee Level. He said we shouldnt have a problem you look great. Which is what I already new. I know I have excellent credit personally and Business wise. I was told he would submit my file to the under-writer and I should hear from them with in 3 business days.

Well on June the 12th I hadn't heard from anyone so I called Paul back and left a message. We finally got to talk late on Friday after noon (June 13th) and he said call him Monday and he would get the under-writer on the phone and we could all figure out what was going on. So Monday (June 16th) I call him and he said I should get an email from Pam (who is his boss)

I check my email and there is an email from Pamela Diaz with my "Expert Review" It says she is missing proof of EIN and Business License ect... (Which I remember giving Paul) but then it says, "VERY IMPORTANT: You are currently using an average of 57% of your available Credit on your Personal Credit Cards. Before we can proceed with Lender Submissions, we will need you to pay down these Credit Card Accounts so that the balance on each Account is NO MORE than 30% of each Account's Credit Limit." It goes on the say my balances are $#### and so forth.

I was shocked; I don't carry substantial balances on my credit cards. In fact most of the time I don't carry a balance at all let alone 57% of my limits! I immediately called my credit card companies to check my balances and sure enough the numbers Pamela had given me were incorrect. THE Amounts where actually my available credit limits and not my balance owed. I immediately sent her copies of the previous month statements showing that she had obviously made an error.

Pamela returned my email saying she needed me to sign an information release (which I assumed was to aid in submitting loan apps) and another Credit Card Authorization form. This sent up a red flag for me. I emailed her back asking why and this was her response:

Can you please sign these for your re-scores and send back to me at 866-381-2981.

Now after I ask what these are for why would you respond in this manner? So I asked her again and got this response:

I need your SS# on the form and Jade Rock is our company who does your re-score with Fundingsuite- You are being charged for the rapid re-score costs.

Charged for Re-Score? I emailed her again asking her why she needed to charge me for re-scoring her mistakes. Finally she called me and said it is in your contract that any re-scoring they have to do is $250 per account! I looked and sure enough there it is in the contract. But it says, "Rapid Rescores to update or correct items in your credit report.." So I said I want to see my credit report you pulled because I have never even carry a balance of this amount and I have never seen an error of such a nature reported on my credit monitoring services.

Pamela emailed me the report and I was right... no errors of that nature. Now neither she nor Paul will answer there phones. So I am out $200 for someone elses mistake and if I wasn't so diligent about my own credit or If had a less questioning attitude I could have easily lost an additional $500 or more while they preformed there "Rapid Rescores" of their "Expert Review."

I fell like these people are predatory in nature. They Advertise easy and seemingly stress free means for small business owners to achieve our goals and dreams all while they are actually trying to pick pocket you! All I really want is my $200 back or for them to deliver what they conveyed as an achievable result. But neither will probably happen. The best thing I can do at this point is pray that this post will help some other entrepreneur from falling victim to these internet pick-pockets.

We apologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience caused to Mr. Wooldridge. I have reviewed the file and complaint of Mr. Wooldridge and came to a conclusion that his accusations are ungrounded. Our Credit Analysts are very experienced in the field and provide expert knowledge to every client. After receiving the Application from Mr. Wooldridge, the job of the credit analyst was to review the application, obtain personal and business reports, government records, analyze financial statements, perform an Expert Review on the account and assist in clearing conditions. Clearing Conditions means resolving all potential problems that could negatively impact Lender's decision to approve the loan. This is why Mr. Wooldridge came to EZUnsecured.com in the first place we are Consultants, who consult Business Owners, give them our knowledge and expertise, help prepare the Application and put it in the best possible position before the Lenders. This is what the $200 Review Fee was paid for. After analyzing the file and credit report, our credit analyst identified potentially negative problems on the credit file to Mr. Wooldridge, which were high balances on some of the credit accounts. After that Mr. Wooldridge accused us of making mistakes, making up those issues in order to have him pay more service fees, refused to accept the fact that those issues could impact his application process with lenders, called our practices predatory in nature. In fact, there was no error done on our part. All information presented to Mr. Wooldridge was directly obtained from Credit Reporting Agencies. We have no control over what is reported to Credit Bureaus by Creditors. Mr. Wooldridge came here for an expert knowledge this is what we gave him. Whether he accepts it or not it is his choice, but his decision will impact whether he will be approved or denied by lenders. To give an analogy, a person cannot tell a doctor to give him a cough medicine when he is having a heart attack. Doctor is the one to decide what steps to take in order to resolve the condition. Whether to follow instructions or not is the patient's choice. In addition, after receiving this complaint, I contacted Mr. Wooldridge by phone on June 19th in order to amicably resolve this issue. I offered a Full Refund of a Review Fee, as he requested, but unfortunately Mr. Wooldridge was not interested in it and refused. My attempts to mutually resolve the issue were unsuccessful. I will stress again, that there was no mistake done by EZUnsecured.com. These accusations are strictly subjective and have nothing to do with the work or services provided to Mr. Wooldridge by EZUnsecured.com.
