I am a bussiness man in San Diego. My story is the same as all the other complaints. These crimmals need to go to jail!!!! My credit report has been belimshed because of them. They are stealing money from my credit cards. They are running my credit report without my permission and charging me for new debt I have accuired personally. This is the same as being mugged !!

They must go to jail!!!

Who are you hiding from? I mean besides your clients who you stole money from and the Feds? Thay know where you are,....hurry! Run!!! I dare you to reply to this post and call me out for calling you a lying, thieving crook that you are. You steal and violate state and federal laws. You deserve to be in prison. And you will be soon,....I promise! Cody, We have already been through the address thing. There is no need for name calling and cursing. Your post is very childish. All of our contact information remains the same, and it is quite simple to get in touch with us through our 800 number posted on the website. We did not steal money from anyone. What laws have we violated? We have signed contracts from any and all clients we collected fees from, along with signed credit card authorization forms. We have not violated ANY laws and only collected money that was due to us.

As a consumer I was shocked to read about this company I have been a victim of credit card charges and theft myself- So I called and requested a copy of their " client package" to see for myself this contract they have- Interesting but it does clearly state in their "professional consulting agreement" that you are entering into an "exclusive contract" with them and that you agree NOT to apply for any loan personal or business while they are activley working on your file. My Questions is this: If you knowingly signed this contract or " consulting agreement" as they call it, why would you complain when they caught you violating the terms of that contract? I think you should be ashamed of yourself. Clearly you are posting this only to be retalitory to this company who made it clear what the terms were before they did anything. I do not think you can blame them for charging your credit card for fees that you probably owed them, I also saw a copy of their "credit card authorization" form, this is a wide open form that states very clearly you are authorizing them to charge "any and all" fee as it becomes due- There is no end date on this form, you authorize it the moment you sign it- My opinion, you probably did not read their consulting agreement and your upset they caught you in a violation of your contract and then they collected their fees. That is not fraud Sir, that is someone who does not read what they are signing before they sign it. It seems to me this was your fault and not the fault of this company. Just my opinion but I am sure that they would have many more complaints than just 5 and that was only this month considering the amount of time they have been open. F. G. NY, NY

CLIENT VIOLATED HIS CONTRACT AND REFUSED TO PAY FEES

This client violated his contract- Per his signed contract: "If a credit application for unsecured financing, cash advance and/or receivables factored financing is submitted without our written authorization you hereby agree that such credit application will be treated the same way as a credit application submitted by us with the exception that the submission date will be considered to be the same as the date the lender placed an inquiry on your credit report. You hereby authorize us to obtain your personal and business credit reports for purposes of reviewing and/or collecting on your account." We have done nothing wrong and adhere to the contract the client has signed. we do not steal anyones money! He signed a contract and a credit card authorization giving us permission to charge his card for fees as the become due- He owed us $720.00 and per his signed contract and Credit card authorization form we collected our fees.
