We have been ripped off also, experiencing all the exact same problems that everyone else you read about here has. They are snake oil salesmen. Craig, Misha(sp?), Pat Walsh, all liars.
After 3 months of waiting, demanded a refund. Craig apologized said he would refund my money. Waited, we got our messed up paperwork in one day. Called back and Craig said, "What's the problem, you got your paperwork, didn't you? Sorry, no refund"
Contacted the California AG, they said sorry, hire a personal lawyer.
We have got to do more than just write about our losses here on a website. We need to take action, any suggestions?
