Gargano's GSS Powersports Robert Gargano Jr. DANGEROUS, LOST LAWSUIT, BUYERS BEWARE East Haven, Connecticut
I have been JetSkiing for over 6 years and have never heard and seen such poor customer service and blatant disregard for people and the law. Gargano's GSS Powersports and Robert Gargano Jr. just lost a lawsuit totaling over $5,000 for his wrongdoing.
He sold a watercraft to my friend and offered to sell his old watercraft. When my friend asked for it back he was told by Robert Gargano it was, 'Scrapped'. Later, via email, Robert Gargano Jr. wanted over $4,000 for my friend to get his watercraft back. I am happy to report Robert Gargano Jr. and Gargano's GSS PowerSports lost the lawsuit for over $5,000 and Robert Gargano Jr. said he can only make weekly payments.
If you are looking for a reputable SeaDoo, SkiDoo or CanAm dealer I would stay away from this business. These machines require an amount of trust when they are bought, sold and worked on for us to remain safe. The lack of character alone has me concerned for the wellbeing of others. If you can have your vehicle serviced elsewhere, please do. If you have to buy there are other terrific dealers in the area that you can get the same machine with peace of mind and enjoyment.
