Ok this is over 5 months or so:

I sent a money order to pay off my Gateway account. $610.00 odd cents. Now the account is almost $800.00

They never recieved it they said But They had cashed it! I checked with the money order copany. she said that we put all money orders in a seperate account and thus it was not put into my account because some people pay other people accounts for them,,,STRANGE! They then told me to track it down and Id recieve all my fees incured (including the tracking, faxs costs)and will not be charged for incuring late payment ect ect. Then to fax it once I get it ect ect. OK

OK now I do a trace on the money order sent in my check for the trace. a month or so more goes by I call the money order co. Guess what they lost my payment too!!!!!!! OK so now I have to proove I paid them to. So I called my bank got a $3.00!!!!! copy of my check and had to fax it to them. OK now after a few more weeks I finaly get a copy of the cashed money order.

(please take in mind Im calling gateway and gateway payment people and the money order place off and on during all these months)(ohh you cant even amagen all the diffrent people gateway and them all transfered me to or sent me to to take care of this)

(gateway customer service is rediculouse)

OK so I fax The info to the original fax number I was given, Then I faxed it to another one I was given by another person aswell. Was told to during one of the prevouse many calls. OK figured it was all taken care of.

So I called gateway to make sure it was all taken care of. Hmmm no fax hmm wasnt sapose to give to any of the fax numbers I had sent it to as I was told to. Great a whole new story line of who and where to contact. so I do and have sent them a fax aswell. The place I was sending my faxs from felt sorry for me because of all Ive been doing and He paid for the last fax himself he thought this was not right what was happening to me. After he handed my fax confermation he said maybe this will finaly take care of it.

I still at this moment have not gotten a reply to any of this bull. I have to wait and see what else happens, grrrr

Im sooooo tired of this. Ive spent allot to pay off the account which has never been late!!!!! and its now hurting my credit report. My stress level is so high on this, You Know

OHH and on top of it I have called 6 times to get a return slip for a part for My Gateway computer. "That keeps brakeing down for one reason or another ,GRRR." I have a 3 year worthless they come out and fix it warenty on. They just wont send the return label to me even tho they say they will. If they charge me for it I will probly blow. OHH by the way dont blow on the phone with gateway all they will do is hang up on you and then you have to go threw the bull yet again with customer service to start all over again.

IN RESPONSE TO THE MAN WHO WORKS FOR GATEWAY CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO RESPONED TO THE OTHER MAN'S COMPLAINT YOU JUST SHOWED GATEWAY'S TRUE COLORS ON HOW THEY RESPOND TO PEOPLES CONCERNS TO CORRECT EVERY WORD THAT PERSON SPELLED WRONG JUST SHOWS WHAT KIND OF COMPANY YOU REALLY ARE! YOU SHULD OF TRIED TO HELP THE PROBLE OUT INSTEAD OF MAKING FUN OF IT, IT JUST SHOWS I GUESS EVERYTHING IN THAT PERSON'S REPORT IS TRUE! TRUE! TRUE! I HOPE THAT IN THE COMING YEARS IF YOU STILL WORK FOR GATEWAY YOU GET TRAINING ON HOW TO RESPOND TO PEOPLE'S CONCERNS INSTEAD OF LOOKING AT THIER SPELLING! BY THE WAY, I KNOW GATEWAY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR BECAUSE I WENT THRU IT AND YOU KNOW WHAT I DID GET A DELL! I'VE BEEN HAPPY EVER SINCE! HOPE I DIDN'T SPELL ANYTHING WRONG! TO THE PERSON WITH THE COMPLAINT DO WHAT THE GATEWAY SPELLER TOLD YOU GO TO DELL, AND HEY CHRISTMAS IS COMING UP AND YOU CAN GET ONE FOR A FRIEND AND SAY DUDE, YOUR GETTING A DELL!
