GEC Developers Ted Papas , Theodoros Papas JTT construction Scheming Contractor. Scammed me into giving him cash advance for services he did complete. Paramus New Jersey
Be aware of the "friendly contractor". Scammed my family out tens of thousands by requesting cash advance for certain construction items that he promised in exchange to expedite the building process. Be aware, he'll even offer to take your family to dinner along with his, which in hindsight, was part of of his scamming process. In addition, vendor checks bounced which led them to contact me for payment. Took the money and dissapeered. I got a court judgement against him yet he continues to business
Truly a homebuyers nightmare.
