I ordered two pairs of glasses, each of which broke at the temple after wearing them less than 5 weeks.  When I tried to get a repair or replacment they told me the "manufacturer's 365 day warranty" only covered a store credit for 50% of the purchase price.

They sold me defective glasses and did not repair or replace them.  The also use deceptive advertizing on prices.  Once you choose your frame they upsell you so the final cost is double or triple what you expect.  They are crooks.
