Greg Romer called us out to troubleshoot his pump motor which was inoperable.  We recommended a new replacement and quoted a price.  Greg agreed and asked when we could replace it.  The technician checked his truck and had one on board but was black and the current motor was almond.  Asked Greg if he preferred another almond which he agreed and requested we do it the same day.  Technician agreed to make a 15 mile+ trip to the supply house specifically to retrieve an almond motor for Greg and would return later the same day. Greg provided his cell phone number so technician could advise and call on his way.  We picked up the new motor and seals and called Greg approximately 20 minutes before returning to preform the installation.  Greg, approximately 8 hours later, no phone call, no email suddenly decided he wanted to "hold off for now".  We reminded him we made a special trip to retrieve the motor because he asked us to and would bill him for the service call charge of $85.00.  Greg Romer has never paid for the service call, wasted our time, gas and money doing what he requested.
