Hands N Paws - Sophistication Alley RIPOFF Unbelievably nasty customer service Clifton New Jersey
I contacted the Company on December 26th, 2005, to inquire about my order placed on December 5th, 2005. I was concerned because it clearly said on their website that most items purchased by December 10th, would arrive by December 25th.
I tried checking the status of my purchase on-line, but did not understand what the status meant "pending - approved". I was interested to see why it was pending/when it would be shipped, etc.
I wrote a very appropriate e-mail to the address for inquiries on the website and received an unnecessarily nasty e-mail response. When I attempted to clarify my understanding of the policies and order, I received an even more nasty response, indicating that they cancelled my order. I have never been subject to such appalling customer service!!! And now my order has been cancelled the day after Christmas, even without my request. My credit card has not been charged yet, but you can BET I will be checking it everyday.
My opinion - do not give this website your business!
