I have been unable to ascertain the truth or falsity of the statements upon which my prior post was made.  Therefore, I am now retracting my prior post about Harry Keane, Imagine X, and Perission Entertainment Inc.

It seems that a very similar description of the "The Bible Game" sample buisness plan is produced and presents by CBNET who did the work for Lawrence, LTD.  CBNET is the Caribbean Business Enterprise Trust Inc.

Take a look at the business summary and you will see an Old Testiment and New Testiment version.

Did ImagineX a subsidary of Perssion produce these products and when you arrive at the warehouse will these products be what is in the box as sold.

Is there an infrigement here ?  The Religious game industry is growing fast and there is a lot of money in the selling this.  This business was produced in the Carribean to support small business enterprise.  How did it evolve and who actually produce the nice looking box observed in the www.perission.com website. 

Market funding was requested by Perission in the range of $80K but something is missing and there appears to be a strong similarity to this product to believe it was produced by "Imagine X"  

Purchaser's please let us know the legitmacy of the game.

Jim, good work here. First off, Harry Keane selling a "Bible game" is a total contradiction to how he hurts people. i wonder if Keane has ever even read the Bible??? secondly, Keane says the Bible game has "become a hit." any potential investor should request a paper trail to show just how many have sold. They should make Harry prove this game is a "hit" by showing proof of how many have sold. Be aware though that Harry is good at making things look like they aren't, so he can come up with "proof" that is not real proof. You just can't put anything past this guy. Harry Keane Jr. has more tricks to pull out of his bag than one can imagine.

harry said his "america's new girl band" gimmick was a hit. Was it? no. everything Harry does is to get money from people to pay his bills. doesn't matter if it's true

if you google Harry Keane you will soon find out that he is a desperate man now that he is being shown for who he truly is, a con man. so what harry is doing is everything except changing his own ways. i noticed that he is trying to find out who is telling on him instead of stopping what he is doing.   Harry Keane cannot figure out who the people are that are telling on him because he has ripped off so many people and hurt so many. his head is spinning. he is the one who has caused all this to come back on him and it's only if he chooses to change his own ways that people will stop telling on him.

Jim, you are telling the truth here about Harry and people really need to know this. he will pocket the money he gets from investors which is what he has always done. Not one person has ever seen a dime of their money back after investing in keane's schemes. he just takes that money and spends it on his self. that's the whole scheme, he gets investors to invest in things he will never finish but makes them think he is working on them. this guy is a smooth criminal man.   i know cause as an artist he did this same thing to me and was even on the net getting money from investors to help fund my project. harry left me with a broken dream. I gave him money too. he doesn't care, all he wants is money and uses people and their talents to steal money from investors. sad. don't ever sign harry's contracts. I did and shouldn't have. he stole the rights to my music as he stole this game listed here. Thanks again Jim.

You need to understand Harry Kean's tacktic here.  He is requestion $80K in marketing loans and promissing to pay $110K back to purchase over 10K units.  See add at the bottom of this Rebuttal. 

Catch: He never sells 10K units and you never get your $110K back because the contract will strictly stipulate only after the first 10K.  The word "only" is how he gets you along with other smooth terms he puts in there for you.

Why can't he sell the first 10K units ?  Is he going to use the $80K to market the product.  No, he is going to post message on free websites and pocket the $80K as part of his fee.

Will your investment be put to work, only in Harry's attempt to show he is working.  Such as the add he placed in the original complaint.  Limited time to sell 10K units without a license to sell the units or any liability etc.

By the way, Harry did not develop the Bible Game.  He used a contract to steal the game from someone who was outraged that their "Imagin X" company was stollen from him throught contracts he signed and did not understand do to his poor english and nonfamiliarity of American business protocol.

This is just more scamming by Harry Keane. he has to make everything sounds urgent to get people to jump up and buy his bag of goods. what a con! in his description here he says it America's #1 game yeah right. same old stuff from harry Keane. con, con, con ..... i used to work for this guy. man he hasn't changed a bit.
