Heritage Web Solutions ,Hits Web, Hit EbCenter These guys are bad - realllllly BAD. Seriously, do not use them at all! Provo Utah
This email should provide some insight into the complete non responsiveness of Heritage / Hits... these guys will seriously impact your business NEGATIVELY. Do not use them if you want any semblance of customer service, timely responses, etc.

Freddy (Freddy Dorce, the editor assigned to the update request), once again, I cannot gain access via the HITs site (because Heritage has me locked out due to "pending updates" - this is the user site that allows very basic text updates to your web site, so if you have a weekly/daily special, a band that you would like to promote- this is the self service place to make the changes.) This has been going on/off for the entire month... I have to be able to access my site to update the live music and daily specials. YOU guys are killing my business! I had a musician cancel and I booked another band and could not let anyone know via the web site!! My initial update request was to make the menu bigger via a BIGGER MENU button...you guys took over two weeks, locked me out of any editing for the ENTIRE time...THEN inserted the incorrect old menu, not the correct small version currently being displayed!!! I have waited in the phone queue only to be told to leave a message. I have been told the message cannot be left because the box is full!!! I have been number one in the queue, then told I am number 5...
I have begged, called, pleased to do the update and MORE importantly UNLOCK the frickin' update site. What the hell???
Please, I need this taken care of immediately!! PLEASE - maybe a call back?? Please maybe actually perform the update and unlock the HITS center!
