A Highland officer (Scott Koritz) responded to a peacekeeper request for a male caller wanting to remove belongings from his visa seeking immigrant wife. The responding officers decided the male was guilty as they were taken by the female(Kristina Mago). After stating they (the Police Dept) was not getting involved in civil matters, the male left when finished. The responding officer Scott Koritz remained at the residence for what was witnessed an additional hour.

The same officer responded a few days later again, for a peace keeper request so the male could remove most his personal belongings. Again Ofc. Scott Koritz stayed behind for at leasst an hour "comforting" the visa fraud committing pretty Russian girl.

Divorce was filed a few days later and with the assistance of Ofc Koritz, court papers were filed in retribution against the male. Koritz represented himself acting as a police officer assisting a victim. This was a fraudulent lie, as a mere few weeks later Ofc.Koritz moved into the residence, involved in a romantic relationship.

After the first court documents signed by Koritz were brought to the attention of their Chief (Terrance Baney)the male was advised that the officer's behavior was in fact wrong and was told the situation would be corrected.

Eight months and multiple court dates later Ofc Koritz was still representing himself as an officer on behalf of a domestic situation while living with the female. Together in the process of the divorce, they sold all marital property (illegal in Illinois during a divorce) so they could refurnish their apartment. This was also brought to Chief Baney's attention and the situation was promptly swept under the rug as if it did not exist.

According to some source (unverified) the Highland Police Dept. was even paying the female (a visa immigrant withOUT the legal ability to work, they had been married only 3 months when divorce was filed)

The male did not report these event to the State Police for further investigation as several lawyers had suggested to him.
