"HollywoodOS", "Headquarters Casting", and "Extras Casting Guild" are all names used by Angela Bertolino and Carla Lewis to decieve and defrayud actors and those interested in becoming actors.
* They post fake and/or fraudulent casting notices, without permission of the casting directors, then charge actors for their submission services even when the submissions are unwelcome or refused by the casting director.
* They advertise a "free" membership then for actors then spam them with employment offers that require a "membership" in their web site.
* They use their "forums" as a tool to harass competitors and intimidate potential clients.
Former employees of this company have claimed they were paid on a cash "off the books" basis and denied their right to benefits.
