I`ve worked for Mark Besnos the owner of Horizon construction & Remodeling inc` .
During my work period , mark has always had a disrespectful attitude which resulted in clients and subcontractors to not wanting to work with him . considering the fact that The whole company is based on sub contractors and has no in house workeres .
Mark owes me money for a job that i recently closed for him as a salesperson before i left . i am licensed salesperon with the cslb.ca.gov and he refuse to pay me . both him and his wife enna eskin act in bully manner and think they can get away with that.
Here are some of their disgusting practice ,
my first client that i have closed for the company was an 83 years old lady . i have made sure her daughter will be there as well on the agreement as things should be when you deal with an eldrly people. by the time we finished the work the client had some issues and enna (mark`s wife ) start arguing with the lady and screaming at her!
Later on the lady wrote a bad review which she entilted for as an act of freedom of speech , but oh no enna didnt like that so she tried to chragre the old lady for services that was not done . the poor lady called me while being very upset and told me what happend .
I was not working for them at that point but i had still some responsibiolty for the people ive signed since they signed becasue of me . after talking to enna and explaining her that the approach she took with our client was extremly wrong . she wouldn`t budge and held her ground .
On my last client mark have told me that he wont give me my commision since i have charged the client less money than i should and i need to increase the amount somehow or he wont pay me .
Do not hire them!!! there are a lot other companies that will do the job in an honest practice .
They must stop and he should be never to oparte any public busineess services .

What Mark doesn't understand and won't understand. is that when a client attain his services he needs to follow through and make that client a satisfied one .
Mark is bragging about satisfied clients .as far as I concern all of them should be satisfied ,since they pay hard earned money and a lot of it to get his services .
Therefore you shouldn't brag about your happy clients . you just did your job and got paid for that ! that means your following through on the contract that has been signed .
But when you don't do your job and still get paid and make clients unsatisfied be ready to get complaints and bad reviews . it's just a part of doing business and you are not so good about doing that .
And therefore people should Google MARK BESNOS and check COMPLAINTS BOARD complaints and see for themselves what other previous clients had to say about YOU mark . you can't get away with that anymore the internet is exist for that reason , to warn people about unethical people as yourself .

This is a false complaint made by EX employee This complaint has spotted many issues which are not true. I am Mark Besnos owner of Horizon construction & Remodeling Inc provides an assertion that all the allegations in
the complaint are false. The complaint is written by Omer Barel who was associated with us as a sales manager: “I`ve worked for Mark Besnos the owner of Horizon construction & Remodeling inc` . During my work period …”
OmerBarel recently quit the job and joined our competitors company. He purposefully
has put the complaint to defame our brand name.
The issues which are indicated regarding the service charges and behavior are entirely
fake and we don’t have any of these practices in our company. I request you to kindly
understand the motto behind the complaint when you read it, before you making up
your mind about my company. I assure you that Horizon construction & Remodeling Inc provides ethical
treatment to our customers as well as the employees of the company.
