Horizon Restoration Hired Us to do a Apartment house renovation. One of the emails had the letter head "Servicemaster" Which raised a red flag for me and when I inquired, We were told they Had just purchased Servicemaster and that is who was going to pay us.
Our portion was 20k. I sent them a bill the next day and never heard from them. I called and after several failed attempts spoke to the Owner Jason Redding and he said "You know we are slow payers. We are still waiting to get paid ourselves".
Every time I called they were "waiting to get paid"
I called the owner of the Apartment complex and they had already been paid.
Finally filed a claim with them through the Construction Contractors Board in Oregon. There are now 12 other claims against them. All of us trying to get a piece of their bond.
