Warwick claims to be certified, factory trained, insured, licensed, bonded and so on.
He claims to be an expert in all phases of remodeling. Roofing, AC, electrical, windows and so on.
He claims to have a full staff, excellent and reliable service and so on.
He only accepts checks for 50% of the project cost up front. 1st red flag.
He is not on BBB, no Facebook, no website, no Instagram or Twitter, no nothing. 2nd red flag.
He was on AngiesList but broke his contract with them so his site was taken down. 3rd red flag.
He was convicted of felony theft in 2011 because he stole $85,000 from 3 victims. He is on probation and was ordered to make restitution. 4th red flag
If one does not check criminal records out first before entering into a business deal with this person, then you will lose your money and you will have been duped by Warwick once again. He is a professional con man who lies and cheats his way through life.
