Just wanted to provide our 500,000 plus satisfied customers an update. We have retained legal representation in British Columbia and we will be sueing Mr. Adrian Simpson and his company SimTac Airsoft Events for his misrepresentations, lies, false statements and defamatory comments. What Mr. Adrian Simpsom does not understand is that the laws in Canada regarding defamation are much different then here in the United States and his statements are not protected. The lies he propagated in this forum are permanent and therefore we have indefinite damages. We look foward to the civil litigation which will be quite costly to Mr. Adriam Simpson and we hope to bankrupt him and his company. Now to further clarify some of Mr. Adrian Simpson's comments.

Mr. Adrian Simpson calls our legitimate and legally registered organization a "scam" because he could not recognize the lead times, which he agreed to under the terms of service he was made aware of both prior to and following his purchase. Furthermore, Mr. Adrian Simpson then committed bank fraud, by initiating a premature chargeback which under policy forces us to issue a refund as the funds are already taken back by the bank. We are unable to ship an order without payment. Mr. Adrian Simpson was refunded in full and then has the audacity to publicly call us a "scam?" Really?! And let's get to hid further claims in regards to the police.

1) the police have no interest in looking into a civil dispute over an online purchase especially over a $35 hat, especially from a Canadian, and especially when your comments come across as clearly delusional and malicious, buyer remorse does not prompt a police investigation 2) I have a long-standing professional relationship with the police here due to numerous factors not only including our nonprofit's outreach and fundraising efforts for those departments and agencies but we also supply them their firearms and tactical equipment. Furthermore, false reporting is a crime as is perjury as is bank fraud as is defamation. Mr. Adrian Simpson is a crimimal. He behavior and his engagements and actions prove this. All over a $35 hat, on an order he sabotaged prematurely, for which he was refunded. Despicable! See you in court.

BRYON EDWARD IS NOT EVEN HIS NAME AND IS BEING SUED

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Bryon Edward does not even use his real name this shows the despicable nature of this terrorist. His name is Bryon Thompson. And our attorneys will be contacting him very soon to deal with his defamations and slander. Bryon Thompson is a liar, a cheat and a thief. And we welcome the WSP to investigate. The fact of the matter is, they wont as what Bryon Thompson has taken issue with, is lead times, which were clearly explained to him, which he disregarded, and then as a courtesy, upon his own request, we issued him a refund. He then came to this forum to defame and slander our organization. The WSP does not investigate civil disagreements of this nature. Bryon Thompson, you are a loser. We will see you in court!

This is what this guy is about.

Bryon Edward is a liar and a thief

Bryon Edward is a liar and a thief. Not only did he disregard the lead times provided which are industry standard but left us holding an $80 bill. This lying pathetic excuse for anything placed an order on 11/27. He was made aware prior to his order that there was a 7 to 14 day processing time frame and a 3 to 6 week lead time. He was also made aware that we were closed from 12/15 to 1/1 for the holidays. Then to top it all off he changed the mailing address. Then asked to cancel the order which we did as a courtesy at an $80 loss to us. Then when we attempted to issue his refund he informed us that his card had been reissued. And he wants to call us a "scam?" Bryon Edward is a lying manipulative con man. Congratulations on being a winner!

The Actual Truth

Michael Friedman plan and simple is a scammer. Anybody doubting this please contact me directly and I'll product 12 names and email addresses of others that have either been scammed or in the process of getting scammed by Michael Friedman.

Case in point as rebuttal to his 7-14 day lead time and process time:

"Bryon Edward - I went through the same thing with them, wish I would have seen this post before I did. I ordered a hat back at the beginning of October. After numerous unreturned emails, I found them on Facebook. I told him that since it had been so long, I no longer needed the product. I have now been told 3 different times that my refund is being processed, still nothing so far."

That was posted yesterday as well as 7 other posts and 10 private messages to me.

The facts are I ordered my product on the 13th of November 2016 so lets give this guys 2 weeks to figure out how to use his computer to enter the order in so Nov. 27th. Now add 6 weeks which is 5th Jan. 2017.

I know this is tough to follow along but it's Feb. 4th when I cancelled the order. The guy above was 6 weeks before that.

I realize how this works, you sell orders and you order hats on quality I get it however if you can't provide the product within your time frame that YOU state then don't sell it. Stick with making braclets.

I stand by my report and reading all the reviews now online and on Facebook that are out there I know I made the right decision. As a side note the file has been submitted to the State Troopers for review now. Lucky for me I lived in lakewood at the base there and have a bunch of friends that are LEOs to see what's really going on.

Adrian Simpson is a liar and a thief. Despite the fact that he was made aware prior to purchase that there was a 7 to 14 day processing time frame and a 3 to 6 week lead time on custom embroidered hats and despite the fact that he was made aware of those same time frames after his purchase and despite the fact that he was informed of our holiday closure Adrian Simpson violated our terms of service, terms of service he agreed to upon purchase, he disregarded lead times and all of the information provided, failed to provide sizing information ans then defrauded our nonprofit of $80 by committing bank fraud. Adriam Simpson did not receive his order because he was refunded. Tell the truth you liar!
