Hydra Skin Science Rip Off Bluffdale Utah
I ordered what I thought was a free sample of a skin cream which stated that all you had to pay was $4.95 for shipping. Inreceived two packages on the same day. One contained an anti aging cream and the other was a day and night serum lotion. I thought it strange that there was no invoice in either box so I did not open or use the product. Now my credit card statement came in and I was charged $103. and $109. There was no shipping charge of $4.95 nor did I receive a sample. I found their website but there is no number listed under their contacts.
All you are allowed to do is send them your contact information and a message. I did with no reply. Luckily I found their number on my credit card statement. I called and was told in order to return the item I would need to pay shipping and would be charged a restocking fee of $20. each. I argued with the gentleman that this was fraud because I did not order these items and had never received the sample to begin with. He told me that is their policy. Additionally there is no company name on the return address on the boxes. Only the address. I kept asking him for it and after arguing that I only needed the address he reluctantly gave me the name Hydra Skin Science. This company needs to be investigated.

I also was going to be charged a $20. Restocking fee for each of the two jars they sent me. They were also supposed to recreation my account within 7-14 business days of receiving the items in return. 20 business days there was still no credit. I called my credit card company and they took care of the problem entirely, including the shipping charge for the initial sample that I never received, the $212. charge for the two items, and the total $40. restocking fee. I gave them my transaction number from USPS with the exact date and time of return to this company and it all worked. If you have difficulty I would advise working with your credit company and report it as fraud.

I went through the exact same thing as everyone in this report, hydra skin science has the same address as Spinzar Fulfillment Corporation who sent me a feud check sinc this past March, it's hard to Beleive they continue to mislead consumers. I would call this number 801-210-7169 being that they have the same address, also another company has the same address its called Radiant Lab INC we need to spread this info to everyone affected. Also I was charged a $20 restocking fee.
