This company is unethical and the product is not what they say it is. They report incorrect information to get you to order the "free" sample and then proceed to bill you if you haven't cancelled in 14 days. However, the question is cancel what, as you only signed up to get the free sample and pay the shipping and handling fees?
I used the product and it didn't feel like the claims they made that it was all natural, etc. so I googled the company and realized that there are alot of unhappy customers. I called the customer support line and were told they were within their rights to bill me and when I confronted them on the false claims they use to lure customers in the representative hung up on me!
I reported them to the Fraud department of my credit card company who cancelled my credit card, big headache for me, but also reversed the charge that they had posted on my account today. This company needs to be stopped. Hopefully, the Fraud department will help to shut them down and posting on sites such as this will help.
