impact marketing solutions, llc aka richard alexander is a swindler located in his office at 109 ridgecrest ave staten island new york 10312 selling thru the internet false real estate leads.
he thru his alias [email protected] sells short sale leads for 30 cents each. He cant take an order for less than $300 dollars. You need to wire the money to his bank account first, no credit card no check just wire. Once you wired the money he will send you a list of leads.
You start checking the leads and will find that the names belong to fake people, people that are not the owners of the property, or names of homeowners that are already in the public trustee website. When you request a refund he doenst respond any more.
