Purchased a deal through LivingSocial for $85.00 cleaning.  I go to book the service and find there is an additional $10.00 booking fee.  When I question why I am paying an additional $10.00, I am told that it will be returned when service is rendered.  After service, I ask for my $10.00 back  and am told I can't get it back until I book them for ANOTHER SERVICE.  Total scam.

I failed to add this also. The service was given at a discounted price of $85 for up to 3 hours for 3 maids, which is much cheaper than our regular prices. This is a year end promotion. The team leader is paid $12 an hour, the othet 2 maids are paid $10 an hour. They traveled a distance of 45 miles to get to her home and they cleaned for 2 hours, and she did not tip the maids. After servicing this customer, I was in disbelief that she is worried about $10. Out of hundreds of customers she is 1 out of 2 people that compained about the service fee. After going back and forth thru emails with this customer, I did not want to go thru this again and decided to take the service fee off my website after it being up and noone else having a problem with it. 

I think we as humans need to show more compassion and put ourselves in the other person's shoes before making false accusations and unfounded reports. No one is perfect, I know I am far from it. But to go to this extreme seems to be vindictive.

I love this website. Can you please make a website for ripoff customers?

Maid Xpress has a $10 service fee when customer books first appointment and clearly states that it goes towards the maid's fuel. The customer is informed of this as soon as they fill out the online form, it is further stated that the customer will receive a refund of $10 when they book their next appointment at the regular price. Clearly, if the customer does not want to pay the service fee then they have the option to stop making the appointment, the choice is theirs. 

The customer who made this complaint did not mention how she received maid services from a team of 3 maids for the low price of $85. She circled on the invoice "Yes", that she was satisfied and signed her name. I have a copy as proof. 

Keep in mind that our maids happily traveled to clean her home and did a wonderful job. Despite the customer being rude and unfriendly on the phone to me, the maids were still nice, which prompted the customer to apologize to them because she thought that the person she wasrude with on the phone was one of the maids.

Yesterday, the customet informed me thry email that she wanted her money back, after almost 2 weeks that her naid services were rendered, I told her about getting it back when she book het next appointment, this fell on deaf ears, she let me know that she would complain. I told her that I would refund the $10 and I have email to prove it.
