Watch out for these two. I was an investor in two of their supposed projects.....One in Costa Rica and one in Sedona, Los Abrigados and ILX Resort. I, along with about 45 other investors that I personally know about have been had. Please know that both of these folks are professional CON'S. Especially James Bruno. James Bruno conned about 31 of us regarding Costa Rica putting in over $1.9 million as investors and never saw a penny in return. In fact James Bruno, Shelly Bruno and Craig Roetman were the three masterminds of this Ponzi Scheme. James Bruno would not produce the Corporate Books for the company which would allow the Board of Directors (investors) to reorganize the company after it was undoubtedly proven that James Bruno and company could not run the organization except to run it into Foreclosure. Foreclosure is exactly what had happened and now there is nothing. I understand there is a massive Criminal and SEC lawsuit that has been filed against the three of them.
Bottom line is....... Stay away from James and Shelly Bruno at all costs. Craig Roetman as well.
