I am disabled person with diabetics, a stent, anxiety and etc. My heart attack left me with a sudden decrease in income, bills piling up and a fico score sinking by the month. I spoke with a stephanie, who Mr. Garretson says is no longer working with him. That could be the case. I was involved with this company since the middle of July. I requested refunds many times. I wrote the American Disabilities Act compliance office. I am a christian, I believe people are genuinely good.

His organization took me for 2,400.00 that I could have paid bills with and brought medication. I sent him a certified return receipt letter. I received a telephone call from him right before thanksgiving he said he was working on my case. Then I received an e-mail from someone who calls herself Wendy Wass. She said she is the new office manager. Here are some copies of her e-mail:(1)Your reports are printing now. These reports are dated for October 17th, 2007. I will check with James when he get's here to find out where we are with your file. Please remove the AOL email account from your database and replace it with the email above and [email protected]. The AOL account can be accessed by an ex-employee.

I will get back to you just as soon as I go over your file.

(2)I have had the aol account opened all day so anything sent today she will not have gotton ahold of. I just spoke to James. Tomorrow morning we will go back into MyFico and purchase updated credit reports for you as we need a current credit report and not the one from last month. I will email you tomorrow as soon as we get the updated reports and you can go in and change your password again. James knew I was changing all the email addresses but didn't know what his was yet! Sorry, that was my fault. I believe your file is down at the office. I will be going into the office first thing Friday morning so I will let you know if your information is there or will ask James when he calls me back this evening. I don't believe Stefanie took anything as she was not aware we were onto her until the last minute. We are just having a problem with AOL as she changed the pass codes and has a block on the account. So we cannot make any changes to it at this time. We can only read emails. I promise to keep you posted as to everything regarding your account.

My son is permanently disabled with Cerebral Palsy so I can definitely sympathize with your situation. I am assuming you are living on a fixed income which makes things difficult. Again, I will do everything I can and will keep you posted every step of the way.

I have called once everyday hoping that the Lord will intervene.I noticed this website today and I was very nervous. James responded to this individual who made a complaint. He mentioned 120 days. Let me see, august, september, October, November, Now december. I told the compliance officer that I would like the services James advertised and confirmed. However, its been such a long time , I want a refund in full for the 2400 dollars. I hope James and his corporation is not fradulent, or if he is in a bind I sincerely hope that he recovers.

I received this e-mail this evening. They have an unsatisfctory grading for Mr. James and his band of thieves.

Mel, You never said exactly what the ripoff was! What did you order for $2400?? And, the ADA does not cover financial dealings. I wish it did, as I am legally disabled too! There is no such thing as the "American Disabilities Act compliance office". The EEOC and the US Justice Dept have jurisdiction over disability discrimination matters. The first sign of a rip off was the "company" using an AOL email address! no REAL business would EVER use an AOL email address for official business!

The website has gone down, there are no telephone numbers. i am still out of 2400.00 dollars. i have purchased the rippoff revenge manual. I am reading it now. IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFORMATION ON THIS DELIBERATE CRIMINAL PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
