I purchased a vehicle from jd byrider in oct 2010 now having transmission problems I have to pay to get fixed. and the cnac rep christie is very rude and disrespectful  calls me a liar , tries to down grade my character. I have had this car for  2 yrs. with no problems in paying on time except maybe 2 times .Today I'm cant quit make my payment  and chrisite has called me over and over even at work. I told he that I was with a patient and not to call me at work were not aloud personal phone calls. she proceeded to question me about my car payment I almost hung up. I told her that my check was not completely deposited onto my debit card (half paper half direct deposit). and that  i would call her when I got off work which i did 4 times, i was expecting to borrow the money from a relative because I knew my check was not enough to cover all bills, by they time I got off work Im became aware that the family member did not have the money to loan me I started calling christie to let her know and when she finally called back at 6:45 pm she was very rude and disrespectful  towards  me. and stated that I was a liar and i need to be held accountable (Im very much accountable for all my actions, life and so fourth ) I am not a 17yr old child and I refuse to continue to be treated as such by chrisite  this is not the first time that she has spoken to me in this way. I told her to come get the car she stated it's not about coming to get the car but my payment. I told her that I would have the entire amount on dec 14 with my next car payment. she continued to speak to me in a very rude negative manner. I told her that I would be requesting another rep . she stated for me to show proof that my money was short she wants to see my check stub. This is very unprofessional of her and cnac she also stated that her boss and the next rep would be the same way with me, as if I'm wrong for requesting another rep. I have been a good and faithful customer and paying my car note.

" the cnac rep christie is very rude and disrespectful  calls me a liar  "

That's what people tend to call you if you lie to them.   First you say you're going to arrange payment "after work" and you end up deciding that you'll pay on Dec. 14th.

Collection people at sub-prime lenders are not known for their kindness or leniency when it comes to delinquent accounts.   Everyone who doesn't pay their bills has excuses.  They've heard them all and believe none of them.   Since they deal with people who have histories of not paying on time, can you really blame them?

"  I am not a 17yr old child and I refuse to continue to be treated as such  "

Agreed.   You have to be at least 18 to default on a contractual obligation, but why quibble?   They are treating you like an irresponsible person because you have not kept up with your responsibility to pay when promised.    You may not like it, but you've earned it.

You seem to think that this lender should be kind and sweet and just accept whatever repayment terms you dictate.   You have lost touch with reality.    Do not be surprised if this lender decides not to wait for your payment on Dec. 14th.

Let's see, you borrow from a sub-prime (deadbeat) lender...

because your credit's in the toilet.

Then you can usually pay on time, except for a few times here and there.

These "deadbeat" lenders don't believe ANY excuses anymore and they've heard them all numerous times a day.

All they want YOU to do is pay the amount you ageed to, on time EVERY time.  Not so hard, right.

Being "accountable for all my life, actions and so forth" means not borrowing more than you can afford to pay back without having to stall them off "here and there."

Your next irritant will be called a "Repo," if you haven't figured that out for yourself.
