Oh my gosh. I cant believe what JSP did!
I bought a home from them on their rent to own/CFD program. They advertised a low down payment and when I showed up to do the paper work, it was for real!! How can a company sell a home worth $65,000 for nothing down!? I still dont believe it.
A low down payment, No credit check, a home to call my own, there must be something wrong. Its too good to be true.
its now 6 months later and I am still dreaming. it must be real. I am still here.
I just lost my job, and JSP is working with me great!! I really appreciate these folks. Without them I would have lost my home.
If anyone is going to buy a home, buy from these people 1st! Just lock in the house on the rent or rent to own. Later you can go through a bank. My credit score was 480 and they took me!!
wow! Without people like this we would never have the ability to call a home ours. I can even have my pets, and they dont bother me about anything.

There was no mold in the home when you took possession. The staff had installed carpet. Sometimes when you own a home you may have to caulk a few things. It is general maintenance. Caulking could prevent mold growth if it involves a leak somewhere.
Sometimes a person is not ready for home ownership. I would suggest that you should have rented a place as opposed to purchasing one. There is just alot of responsibilities owning a home. It doesnt sound like you are ready for the responsibility of home ownership just yet.
We have a decent sales percentage and can remarket the home for you if you would like.

No tried being nice for almost 3 mo but things still weren't done when they should have been, when i have kids bustin their heads on the floor becasuse i have no carpet and i was told from the very begining that it was going to be done, when your people do such a crappy caulking job i go to redo it myself and find black mold growing and a hole in my wall where you can tell it's been rotting i'm gonna be mad. mold don't grow overnight so it's not because of me it was there when i moved in! I'm sick of being nice, i've been nice and got nowhere, be nice and people like you take advantage of it. so maybe jsp needs to start doing their job the right and honest way and people would start being nice!!!!

I work with all of my clients that are in a stressful situation. I am one of the largest landlords in town with hundreds of happy clients. She should call the office and attempt to be civil. Sometimes being polite works.

The house posted is not in your possession, because i am the one buying
this house i'm just now going on my 6th month here and the house is
only worth 30- 40,000 tops and i'm being charged 60-65,000. so no i'm
being ripped off!!!!!!! if your going to post something make sure its
true and dont put houses up that don't have anything to do with
you!!!!!!!!!! i have had numerous of issues with this house but i was
in a situation that i had no choice and had to settle with first
come...... and the no down pymt part is false i put 2,000 down. and no
i haven't lost my job i have been at my job for 3 years now i was going
to be late on a payment and when i did the paper work she told me that
they would work with us but when it came down to it they had no
intention they just want their money...... and to top it off i just
found out today that a friend of mine that is renting one of jsp houses
her little boy now has lead poisioning from that house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so nice try on trying to make them sound like the good guys when their
really liers, schamers, cheats, i could go on and on but u get the
point...... so terry A. YOUR FULL OF CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!! I personally
think u work for jsp. ya know its funny i'm lookin to find out if jsp
is really rippin me off and i find this hummm i think i got my answer.
and fyi i will be talking to my lawyers........because this is a bunch
if B.S.!!!!!!!!!
