KATAERA, We bought a truck from them and they prefrauded to sale it to us Springfield Missouri
These people have thier own company name Katera llc.out of springfield Mo. they are leased onto Fed -Ex and Forward Air /// (they are no longer leased onto Forward Air) They sale their drivers trucks, promise you the world. And the title for the truck,run your paycheck through their account and change contracts,around to their own accord take your complete paycheck,take all break downs,that are supposed to be approved by them and covered by your weekly maintice funds, doubled them and won't cover them ,with the monies they have extracted from your paycheck and tires/ they refussed to approve work to be done on the truck and leave you stranded ...with no money and no way to get home. then accuse you of abbandment of truck...
They also take previously bought parts from thier truck and switch them to your truck (anotherwords previously bought starter breaks down charge you for it and gets a replacement from freightliner with a previous used part from thier truck.They are the worst kind of people to do buisness with they lie steal and don't care if you have money or not.Then they report all the taxes on you.

well, as of this date 11/20/2007 we had tried to get a lawyer to fight these people know one will give us a hand we are now trying to deal with bills and bills,went to see a lawyer yesterday, I finally found one that would allow us to talk to him free and explain what was going on. They are sueing us ?? why the car we'd bought from them apparently ins't worth more then $2500. blue book vaule,, They lied about that also we paid $4800. for it a hand shake he said was worth his weight in gold ( fake gold ) I am supposeing why? do hoenst working people get ripp off so bad I wonder you work hard and people that have money don't ever get enough the want more and more,well, I wrote a letter to the IRS about them come to find out they also have ripp off the lady that periously work for them also reported all thier tax income on her and none on thier selves and they have done the same things to us and just about gotten away with it ,I hope that some day maybe that they will get what is comeing to them because what they have done to us we don't deserve at all .Two hard working people trying to make a dollar ... And what happen to all those poeple we loaned money to? those folks next store who needed a stove and some shoe's for thier kids or the lady across the street who needed blankets for her kids? or maybe the guy that had a heart attack and we gave him money for a bus ticket and he promised to pay it back ?? It's sad no one keeps thier word any more what is this world of ours comeing too? now I am supposeing we will get along down that road and maybe we will forget all of this but, it is going to be a sad christmas and sad sad thanksgiving no money for turkey and no money for gifts and no money for food even I guess we will get by some how or the other we always do ......well, lawer notified us that we are declareing bankrupcty... well, we didn't have any credit any ways so,these people katera llc. ruiend may life and if you don't whatch out they mite ruin yours too. but, they don't care they are happly with thier bmw's and thier new rv truck oh and don't forget thier tax free whiskey they bring back from canda every week or so,they got pretty much every thing they need but, they still need more so WATCH OUT!!!!!

I also forgot to put down that they riped us off about 48.000+ and now are trying to get me to pay for them drageing the truck back and fixing it,also saying we never finshed paying the 4 wheeler. Beware
