After being a loyal customer for nearly a year on this site and spending more then $25,000 I have been blocked. I went through the channels that they required but never heard back from them. Keen doesn't allow you to speak to anyone on this matter it all has to be done via email.
I have tried to contact since then and called customer service but have gotten no where. I have never had any dealing with the company where you can not speak to someone on this matter.
People BEWARE of this company they will eat your money and then drop you. Most of the pychics are not good but there are a few who are too bad they are with this company. It is a big ripoff and scam and they pray on people.

I would have done whatever they did for half the price with the same results. See, then you wouldn't feel so bitter and twisted. However, I see the work of evolution here. People who don't know how to work with money must have it removed from them. They are a danger to society.

I will never understand the reason people think there are such things as "psychics, spellcasters, witches" etc etc. 25 grand?? Jees you got ripped off good. STOP wasting your money on these scammers period!

You actually sent this fraudulent disgusting outfit $25,000.00???? OMG!!
They (and ALL psychics) are nothing but absolute 100% scam. There is no such thing, I know it, they know it and you should know it.
They are sitting at home laughing their asses off at you for sending them money for nothing but a simple parlor trick called cold reading.
Take this opportunity to get away from them and, above all, PLEASE do not send them any more money.
They indeed did you a favor by blocking you (whatever that means)

Sounds to me like they did you a big favor. $25K a year on nonsense is a lot of money. I've consulted my stone of wisdom, waved my magic stick and determined that you should donate your excess cash to charitable causes rather than giving it to con artist that tell you stories.
