To All who may stumble on this slander.
These negative reviews have been posted by a Scott Smith (David Jones) of Black Widow Internet Ltd/Crystal Clear Global (Digital) Solutions Ltd. If you search on this company you will see that they have gone into liquidation. They are posting a number of negative reviews about people and companies on this and other websites as they are bitter about their own failures and are blaming people/companies who have previously been involved with them. The company and directors are an IT firm who have let down over 54 businesses with their website projects. They are angry that a number of people have reported their bad behaviour to the local authorities and that they could end up getting struck off as company directors. These reviews are their way of trying to get back. Obviously these remarks are slanderous and this information will be pass to the appropriate people for further investigation. I can confirm that this company is highly professional and is owned by very genuine and hard working people. I know the owner well and have filed a rebuttal because the remarks are nothing but slander.

Keencut ltd manufactures top quality products and has consistently provided unparalleled warranties and award winning customer service over the last 28 years.
Although Keencut takes all comments very seriously the author of this claim is very clearly neither a customer nor familiar with our products.
The above comments have been made by someone claiming to be in the US and although Keencut is an international company we have little or no direct contact with US consumers due to the nature of our distribution network.
The person who posted these comments also posted similar claims on the same day about another company that is based and solely operates in the UK. The link between Keencut and this second company is that we are both in a dispute with a UK based web development agency that has now gone into liquidation.
It is the firm belief of Keencut that these comments have been posted by one of the directors of the web development agency who are confirmed to have used similar tactics in the past.
Keencuts reputation as a market leader for quality and customer service is hard earned and one we are very proud of. We welcome the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to good service and encourage anyone who is concerned when reading this to seek the opinion of someone who already uses our products where we are confident you will receive positive feedback.
