This match making service is worst than taking your chances with online dating. They do not screen people, investigate or really do any decent interview. Its random chit chat about nothing. They take your money and provide LOW quality in everything they do.

I was told I was a perfect candidate for Kelleher- attractive, intelligent, make 6 figures, upscale and everything else. However what they match you with is worse than anything you would ever consider dating.

I have been matched with men who were: in mental institutions for "out of control anger", hermits, people who lived in isolated cabins with no money, almost all the men a very short like try 5'5-5'6", really old, worn out, frumpy, no class, no style, lie about everything, some are stalker types who spy on you, some have never been married because they are totally dysfunctional, some are drunks with DUI's. They don't even know what city some of these people live in, they don't check their income and many of the men did not make anything near what they said they did. Some of the men lie about what they do, lie about who they are, its a real scary situation. Did I mention ugly?

The Dallas office is a total mess, some of the Matchmakers are extremely rude, and tell you to your face they don't have ' TIME" to spend talking to you about what you want. Some of the women are just inept, scattered, too young, and have no ability to match anyone.

The main offices in California I have called many times including talking to John and Jill Kelleher, along with a few national matchmakers, they are all completely inept, hostile and do not have any understanding how to interview people and match people.

Its really so bad I offered to HELP FIND people in the Houston area since I know what real quality is and I know how to ask questions and evaluate people much better than they do. I asked over and over for them to mail me some business cards and they could not even do that, first they forgot, then they put the wrong postage , then when the envelope came back they used the same worn out envelope with old stamps to try and mail again which didn't arrive.

I am a very classy, stylish, upscale woman, I play tennis at a club in town, exercise, well dressed, attractive and successful and most important well balanced . The men I have been given which have been very few have all been real losers. Men who could NOT get any dates on their own and needed a ' matchmaker' to find someone.

I have tried and tried to work this out with the Dallas office and the main office. I asked for a refund of my money and was told " no" I was told they would continue to search for me, but the quality they provide is absolutely horrible. They don't know ANYTHING about the people they match you with. I can do a simple search on Google and find out more information about these reject guys than they even know, its truly horrible.

Don't waste your money, I wouldn't say its a scam what I would say is : it is run by totally inept people who have no ability to understand people, no ability to investigate people, no ability to match people and apparently no ability to do simple office work like mail envelopes.

I am on several dating sites such as E Harmony and Match.com. Women are users!! So I decided to contact some higher end services and found they are no better than dating sites.

HORRIBLE:

www.eharmony.com

www.match.com

www.millionairematch.com

www.zoosk.com

www.ourtime.com

www.elitesingles.com

So I ventured to try some higher end dating sites...and they charge a lot and guarantee you NOTHING!

I contacted Elite Matchmaking first, and what a horrible experience. Then I contacted others, such as:

www.kelleher-international.com

www.seiclub.com

same story...all a SCAM

www.EliteMatchmaking.com

Before you spend between $15,000.00 and $300,000.00 on this service one should do there due diligence. Things just seemed a little off from the very beginning with Elite Matchmaking Miami.

The website had wrong information. My communications thru the web based system never was received by them. Almost all emails had some miscommunication. I called the local Miami number and got some cheap answering service. I asked to meet them at their office location on Brickell Ave but was discouraged from doing so.

They claim they have an office on prestigious Brickell Ave. 1395 Brickell Avenue

Suite 800 to be exact.

I went there. It's Allied office / Qwest work space. Google it. You get virtual office space from $119.00. What's even more disturbing is they are not even listed on the business directory in the building.

I went to the office building and have proof.

Ask to meet them at their office.

See what happens. They will want to meet you at a Starbucks or something.

I voiced my concerns before my meeting with them in a detailed email.

In the end they told me they didn't think we should meet. I don't blame them. I asked a lot of questions. I wanted to know that before I gave them $15,000.00 or more that attention to detail was going to be done. After all you are buying a service. You can't get a refund if you don't like what they end up doing.

Be Careful when doing this.

Also why are all the reviews so recent? This is a company that has been in business for over 20 years!!!

There were just to many red flags.

Ask to speak to satisfied clients from over the last 2 years or more. When you do , make sure it's both men and women.

Remember this is a very emotional area so be careful. Don't let your desire to find someone stop you from doing your homework on these companies before you give them any money. Remember you can't return it if you're not happy.

Oh and an update I just was offered to come see their corporate headquarters in Beverly Hills by an email to meet their staff.

Funny. I looked up the address given on their website for the corporate headquarters. Now you might find this hard to believe. It's another virtual office. 350 S Beverly Dr #220, Beverly Hills, CA 90212 Phone:(310) 551-6600

Do not use Keller International, you will regret it

I have read most of the reviews about Keller International online.  You will notice that most of the negative reviews only exist from 2013 and before.  I'd like to explain to you why.  Amber Kelleher and Kelleher International force their prospective clients to sign away their rights to talk about any negative experience with Kelleher.  So anyone who posts to inform you of that's it's actually like doing "business" with this company is doing so at great risk.

When I read all of the negative reviews, I approached the Kelleher team (including Amber) to hear their side of the story.  She and they told me these complaints are bogus and they were written by their competitors.  I gave her the benefit of the doubt, until I interacted with the Kelleher team over a period of a few months.  I have to tell you my experience is eerily familiar to other negative reviews you will find online about them, even the reviews that are several years old.

It starts with a very subpar sales team.  They say things like "we don't take everyone" or "we'll have to review your photos", etc.  Apparently I fit the bill because they were very eager to sign me up to the tune of $150,000 once they saw what I made.  Their sales people have a slick, salesy approach that with some women would create a sense of scarcity and pressure to be included.  It's gross.

My experience with them is they have very few quality men and they just recycle guys for years who used to be clients.  Their model is to make millions off of the women looking for high quality men.  They will only suggest they'll sett you up 6-ish times a year but refuse to make any commitments.

Their matchmaking skills seem to leave a lot to be desired.  Despite being clear that I wanted to date men in their 40's (same as me), they kept trying to set me up with men in their 50's and 60's and who clearly have next to nothing in common with me.  It was baffling.  It was as if my desirees were falling on deaf ears.

In general, the staff is arrogant and rude.  They do not return phone calls for days and will even behave in coersive, intimidating ways if they want to convince you to date someone or to pay what they demand or to sign their contract.  Amber is quite political and she only does things the way she wants to do them.  She is not interested in your concerns or desires.  It was a really unpleasant experience.

They charge WAY more than anyone else in the industry.  I couldn't find anyone even close to their prices.  With the level of service they provide, it's just not worth it.  Not even close.

My recommendation is you keep your hard earned money and work with other companies who have more integrity, skills, a better database and desire to really help you find love.

I was ripped off by a service here in Houston called Together. They are located on West Loop South just before you get to Westheimer. Anyway, if you want to look to Houston for men you better drive right back up I45. I have come to the conclusion that there are NO QUALITY MEN here either. Men looking for someone to support them, yes! A immigrant population so big it makes me sick to even go to a Slick Willies and play pool because that type of digust is all I see, yes! Men who are alcoholics, dysfunctional and lots of MAMA's BOYs, I happen to know one, 38 years old and just bought a house wit hhis mother!!! WHAT A WASTE. Now that is what you have in Houston, Texas. So its best to stay up in Big D. I think the pickings in the Metroplex are a lot better than here. As soon as possible I am leaving Houston, or I will never find my true soul mate.

They're well aware of their shortcomings with regard to matches. They aren't very interested in improving either. All they want is your money. Trust me, I used to work there. Meetings focused on signing up new clients and getting their money and never talked about how to improve matches. Every now and then we would be trained on how to handle an unhappy client, but it was always about calming them down and keep them in the system -- not about improving the service so the problem goes away.
