KGBDeals Swarovski crystal earrings - voucher code invalid Internet
After purchasing a deal from this company online, I received a voucher with a code on it. In order for me to purchase the item, I had to go to the website of the company selling the item, enter the voucher code and pay the shipping of $5.00. The item would then be sent to me as I had already paid KGBdeals for the cost of the item. The only problem was, the voucher code was not valid.
I repeatedly tried to contact KGBdeals over a 3 week period. They did not respond to any of my emails. I have now contacted AmEx to let them know as that is how I paid KGBdeals. AmEx has blocked KGBdeals from my account.
I have since done research on this company and found many unhappy people. I should have checked them out before. They have been labeled scammers so I imagine it won't be long before they are gone, as well they should be. Company's that cheat their customers should not remain in business.
