What they do is target seniors and use pushy tactics. They call people on the do-not-call lists. Very dishonest and unethical. They will fix parts of AC that are not even broken. They will overcharge you, especially if you are a senior citizen. They use unlawful methods of slandering their competitors. Prices dramatically grow from a given estimate to a done job. Very low quality of workmanship. Overall, there is not a nice thing these people do.
Be very carefull and never hire AG or AZ Air Conditioning and Heating because you will get scamed instantly.

We here at AZ Air Conditioning & Heating Value our customers & we would never put up with any bad treatment to our customers.
Customer with any problem to contact us at 818-782-7777 ext 120 or contact BBB so we can address any issues for and with you. We strive to make sure all our customer are happy.
Our Investigation to some Internet defamation of character (Slander) is complete we have found info of the unethical company who is behind these postings & we are taking the proper legal action moving forward.

We do not call people on the do-not-call lists and if a customer ever ask us to not call them we note the account as we do not buy any type of list at all. we only use our own customer database to call our own customers vack to do follow up calls ** we are not dishonest or unethical as we stand to very high standards that we have. also we do not l fix parts of AC that are not even broken. we will only address issues if something is needed and nothing more. we never overcharge a customer and only use fair market prices. we resepct all our customer especially senior citizen. We have never used unlawful methods of slandering to any of our competitors. and our Prices are set as customer needs are addressed. we give estimates to job and we stand behind each one we give. Our people are very high trained and have been with us for years. Everything that this person has said the company we found that was slandering us has done. we are not going to post who they are as we have a deal with them not to do so. but I will say check out each and every company on the BBB or even on Angies List as both they can't hde the real facts due to both check every claim that it made to be real. My Name is Kirk Herzog I do work for this company and if they did what this posting said I would not work for them. They are and I am good people and something like this is unfair to have posted and any company that will allow these things to be posted on their site should be closed.
