Known Helping Trading (www.khtrading.com) or the smooth consignment scam in 6 easy steps.
1. Advertise a product on Kijiji or Craigslist at a sellout price.
2.When a sucker contacts you to see the unit inform him that it is at the consignment company's warehouse.
3. Direct the sucker to www.khtrading.com. The site is professional plus. Initial research will not indicate any problems or scams. You have got to see the site to believe it.
4. Receive payment through a bank transfer.
5. Send out a Bill of Sale and transaction ID so that the mark can "track" his purchase.
6. Split the money with your con friends.
To avoid this scam:
Avoid www.khtrading.com or https://khtrading.com at all costs.
A..Check out the companies address with Google. It is a used car lot. The branches are vacant office buildings.
B. Phone the 1-888 number. No one will answer.
C. Try the Live Chat. It does not function either.
D. Purchase only what you can see and touch.
