Known Helping Trading Ashley Cole Known Helping Trading scammers Hollywood Florida
My company was searching for a forklift and we located the Komatsu on the Atlanta Craigslist. On Sept 20th I contacted the seller , Ashley Cole and he told me he wasn’t home and was caring for his divorced and expecting daughter and the forklift was shipped to a warehouse in Miami to a Known Helping Trading location. I was told that the warehouse was secured and you couldn’t see it until it was sold, but if it were not as described it could be shipped back to the warehouse, at no charge to the buyer and the money would be returned to the buyer. I was skeptical, but after reading several positive reviews about KHTrading I thought it may be legit. Monday, Sept 23rd our company wire transferred the asking amount of $5000 to KHTrading. I was told by our CFO, that the bank that is on the KHTrading website was not the one they requested it to be transferred, instead it was transferred to another bank. The next day I checked KHT’s website to see if the money was received, it hadn’t. So, I contacted a KHT employee on their Live Chat and he told me that it had arrived and he would update. It did get updated and the scheduled ship date was Sept. 27th. I never was able to contact them again after the live chat. I still have no forklift and have tried fax, phone calls to KHT, live chat and text to Ashley Cole…no response.
I have noticed to forklift (same picture and description on ebay on a website named Machinery Advertising Co.. There is no doubt that this is fraud.
