there is always two sides to a story....and i am not here to talk bad about anyone...but she thought we were being rude because we were asking her questions....we ask questions because we want to solve their problems...she just didn't want to here us and she was getting upset and raised her voice...when the manager came to assist...she said he interrupted...he wanted to know what was going on because that is his job....he assisted her while she was yelling at him....and he told her no problem man i will give you your money back...and she still went on....i don't believe we were being rude...but if she thought we were then we apologize but in all honesty we were trying to help her....we will continue to help customers and ask questions to solve their problems and complete their job...... i hope customers come to this kragen and make their decision on their own...i guarantee they will be happy with their customers service.
