I have read several other RIPOFF reports on this site and agree with them. My experience has been that I had signed a timeshare contract and then the following day I realized that I wanted to terminate the contract. There was a clause in the contract that allowed termination by the individual (or Guest) and it had to be done within five business days. I conformed to the clause by sending an email, again, per the contract requirements. This was recently done. My question is: Will this be effective being the contract was signed in Mexico but I am a USA citizen?
