Complaint Review: Krystal Taylor - Internet

KRYSTAL TAYLOR who is supposedly a reputable marketer SCAMMED me out of $300. The reason Im just now making this video exposing her is because as you can see in the videos leading all the way up to June 20th 2014 I was trying to get my money back and still until this day I am so I am exposing her until something is done. I payed for a radio ad that promised me 12 paid memberships within 30 days , if not I would get a FULL REFUND. That was not the case when the 30 days came. I started this transaction April 9TH , 30 days will be May 9TH. I still didn’t receive anything .

 I was told by her that she was working on it but she said 30 days for sure , that would be the max and shortest 15 days. So I filed a claim against her paypal account because I wanted my money back because the ad was not done in 30 days , that’s a whole month.  I ended up taking the claim off her account because she said

“ it already took the money from my account , paypal balance: -$291.00USD “ 

which had me thinking “ ok maybe she sent the money to the radio station “ but I actually had no proof of it that it was sent to the radio station. Come to find out paypal could not refund me because the way I sent the money to her and it wasn’t protected.

And they don’t even cover stuff like that they said which was the radio ad. So I knew I only could hope for the best and hope the service get done. She ended up blocking me on my primary Facebook account so I knew something was suspicious and started panicking. I made another Facebook account and messaged her where is the radio ad. She said this

 “ I talked to the radio company They said in your case hey will make an expect ion and setup your own personal radio ad solo instead of on the rotator they said somehow your link was not placed in the rotation when the website went live it was their error so that explains WHY you had no sales yet “

so I knew that I was probably never going to receive the people and my money was gone. So she responded back saying 

“ hes sending me a detailed email with everything about what happened between all the people working on the project and i will forward it to you he said he is not going to make a new ad live till approved directly by you I will foward you his email address and the email soon as I get it.  He said as far as a full refund goes he highly doubts it because thats not how they do buisness he said they will more then make up for your lose of time but yall can work that out “ 

I still never got to talk the guy who supposedly she is doing business with for my ad . So I asked her 

“ how do YOU personally get in contact with him? you have to have his email or phone number “ 

she skipped over that question I asked. So I’m trying to see what is the problem, why you won’t let me get in contact with him since he have the money supposedly. She responded 

“ When I talked to him today he told me he was going to e-mail me everything that happened so I could send it to you with his email "

she kept saying she was going to give me the dude contact information and the radio station but never gave me nothing , I even kept asking her for it but she was just skip over it . 

At the end of all this  she said 

“ Please tell him that we are issueing a full refund via snail mail as a cashiers check, we do not normally offer refunds but since this was on our error we will send him a refund.  Please let me know his address so I can get this out of the way,

And I agreed in thought I was getting my money back . But still until this day I haven’t received my $300 back . And it wasn’t even a screenshot of that email , she sent that to me just like that.

Anybody could of typed it out. Where is the legitimate proof that this is actually a real email for the guy name  “Jake” ? She sent me the audio of her voice saying that the check should be here in 4 days since I’m only in California.

This was June 5th 2014 when she sent the audio. I still haven’t received a check in the mail . She ended blocking me on my second account after. 

At the end of the day I still wasn’t able to get in contact with somebody name Jake , if thats a real person she’s talking about , I still didn’t receive legitimate proof that she actually sent the money to the radio station , that the money was being actually mailed back to me , didn’t receive a screenshot of legitimate proof of the actual email that Jake supposedly sent her.

If she doesn’t have my money , why she won’t give me Jake contact information so I can stop messaging her about this ? Because she the one who really has my money. She is the last person who has my money because I didn’t recieve no legitimate proof from her side.
