Legal Mark LLC Brian Leach Stole 5,000 Wilmington Delaware
I was doing business with Legal Mark LLC in which Brian Leach, the owner was providing consulting and concierge services for various marketing and SEO related advertising for my law firm. After a couple of years of doing business in this capacity, Mr. Leach made an offer to me to enter into a joint business venture as 50-50 partners where we would share equally in the profits for an exclusive attorney based model for leads in a specific area of practice per area code in Florida. Leach projected a substantial return on this investment. I entered into a signed contract for this venture and in consideration thereof, I paid Mr. Leach 5,000 for him to build these websites. He never upheld any aspect of the contract on his end and essentially stole my 5k. I have utilized every possible avenue available in good faith to collect my funds, all in vain. I simply want my money back. He is a predator, a bully, a sexual harasser, a fraud, a con artist and a sadistic sociopath.
